History
Sigrún Hróbjartsdóttir fæddist 23. maí 1927 og var dóttir hjónanna Hróbjartar Jónassonar frá Hróarsdal og Vilhelmínu Helgadóttur. Sigrún lauk námi við Húsmæðraskólann á Löngumýri árið 1950 og var síðar húsfreyja og bústýra á Hamri í Rípurhreppi í Skagafirði. Maður hennar var Einar Kristinsson frá Vopnafirði og eignuðust þau fjögur börn. Sigrún sinnti ýmsum félagsstörfum samhliða bústörfunum og var m.a. formaður Kvenfélags Rípurhrepps og ritari Sóknarnefndar Rípurkirkju. Sigrún lést 16. október 2015.
