Unnusta: Guðrún Skúladóttir (1896-1950), þau eignuðust eina dóttur. Skúli tók stúdentspróf frá MR 1908 og lögfræðipróf frá HÍ 1914. Varð yfirréttamálaflutningsmaður 1915. Málaflutningsmaður á Ísafirði 1914-1915. Rak þar einnig smábátaútgerð. Yfirdómslögmaður í Reykjavík 1915-1917. Alþingismaður Norður-Ísfirðinga 1916-1917, utan flokka.
