History
Christian Hansen, f. á Amager við Kaupmannahöfn 09.03.1856, d. 11.04.1930. Foreldrar: Hans Christian Hansen (f. 1818) og kona hans Trine (f. um 1830).
Christian nam ungur að árum beykisiðn og fékk sveinbréf árið 1876. Fékk hann atvinnutilboð frá Noregi, Grænlandi og Íslandi í kjölfarið og valdi að koma til Íslands. Til Sauðárkróks kom hann í júní 1876. Réðst hann til Christan Popps kaupmanns. Fór svo til Danmerkur um haustið en kom vorið eftir, alkominn til Íslands. Var bóndi á Sauðá 1882 til dánardags og rak einnig Hótel Tindastól um tveggja ára skeið.
Maki (g. 13.10.1879): Björg hansen (29.11.1861-08.02.1940) frá Garði í Hegranesi. Þau eignuðust átta börn.
