Karl Ingjaldsson, f. að Öxará í Þingeyjarsýslu 29.05.1900, d. 12.11.1935. Foreldrar: Elín Kristjánsdóttir (1862-1941) og Ingjaldur Jónsson.
Karl fluttist til Akureyrar árið 1925 og réðist til Kaupfélags Eyfirðinga. Var deildarstjóri þar. Einnig vann hann um tíma við verslunina París á Akureyri.
Maki: Hallfríður Gísladóttir (1911-1990). Þau eignuðust eina dóttur.
