History
Sigurlaug Einarsdóttir, f. 09.07.1901, d. 23.06.1985. Foreldrar: Einar Jónsson bóndi í Brimnesi og koma hans, Margrét Símonardóttir. Sigurlaug ólst upp með foreldrum sínum í Brimnesi. Árið 1921 tók móðir hennar sig upp og sigldi með þær systur til Danmerkur til að afla þeim frekari menntunar. Þar voru þær í nokkur ár, gengu í menntaskóla og lýðháskóla. Árið 1924 hófu þær systur hannyrðakennslu í Reykjavík og stundaði Sigurlaug hana þar til hún giftist. Sigurlaug var húsfreyja í Læknishúsinu á Flatey 1930. Síðast búsett í Hafnarfirði.
