Árið 1932, föstudag 19.febrúar var stofnfundur Nautgriparæktarfélags Seyluhrepps settur og haldin að Stóru - Seylu. Fundarstjóri var Tóbías Sigurjónsson Geldingarholti og nefndi hann til ritara Harald Jónsson. Fundargjörðir voru lesnar upp og samþykktar með öllum atkvæðum svo og lög félagsins samþykkt´i einu hljóði . Kosin var stjórn fyrir félagið, þessir hlutu atkvæði, Tóbías, Holti. Jón, Glaumbæ. HAraldur, Völlum
