Gögnin voru að mestu flokkuð og skráð árið 2013. Sú flokkun var látin halda sér. Litlar upplýsingar koma fram um hvenær afhending átti sér stað og virðist gögnin hafa verið afhent smám saman en gera má ráð fyrir því að nokkur hluti hafi borist í kjölfar sameiningar sveitarfélaga í Skagafirði árið 1998.
