Ekki kemur fram í þessum gögnum upphaf félagsins né framtíð. Í fundargerð kemur fram ráðstöfun á þarfanauti hreppsins og formanni falið að semja við Eið Sigurjónsson sem fóðrað hafði nautið undnfarandi ár. Nautatollur er ákveðin og kaup á kálfi af Finnboga Sveinssyni á Keldum.
